What Province Development Office?
How does it Function?
The rapidly changing Global Economic Scenario calls for more organized and professional efforts for resource Mobilization.
P.D.O is a small attempt towards this end.

Role and Responsibilities of the Development Office
P.D.O is part of the Administration of the Province and is done in close networking with the province Administration
• Development Office works as a link between the benefactors and beneficiaries.
• Develop a comprehensive database of the donors.
• Keep in contact and communicate with the donors.
• Circulate appropriate pictures, brochures etc.

PUBLIC RELATIONS and WELL MANAGED COMMUNICATIONS
Development can best be summed up as a successful game of meaningful conversations, “telephone calls”, “Email”. The more people you tell about your story, the more opportunity you have, to find someone who is interested in getting involved.

One of the most important things one can do to ensure a successful program is to thank people. I call this stewardship and it is critical for a program’s success. I thank people for their interest, their gift, their feedback, whatever it might be.

Every member in the province makes efforts to promote awareness among all our contacts – students, parents, staff, alumni, and friends about our commitment to the poor :- Education of the Rural girls, Julie school, Caring for Differently-abled and how we make a difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.
