The province has a solid formation programme based on the guidelines prepared by the formation Conference in Rome in which delegates from the units all over the world participated. The initial formation consists of :

1. 1 year candidacy where much attention is paid to 'Deepening of Vocation', the study of English, Catechism, and other studies for enrichment.
2. Those who have not completed their plus to complete the plus two.
3. Self-surrender: Embracing a life of obedience, humility, and trust in God's providence.

5. Two year novitiate, Matigara, West Bengal
6. Juniorate of 6 years for mission involvement and completing the college studies
1. Tertianship : 6 Months of intense preparation before the Total Commitment for Life ( Final Vows)
2. On – Going Formation: Daily surrender and continuous self-giving in love makes Religious Life better worth and meaningful. Hence, on going formation is an inevitable part of our Christ - Like becoming and growing.
